Art in the HEART is a community art center established by Roni Cabrera-Moreno. An established muralist in Houston. As a practicing artist with many murals across Houston and in the Hobby Airport, Roni has made it her mission to provide art classes and experiences for all communities.
In Christmas of 2021, Roni was recognized by American Singer and Pop Star Kelly Clarckson where she was awarded a grant to establish an art center 14 minutes north of Downtown Houston.
"As a homeschool parent myself, I value the expression and creativity each child has to offer and seek to give them a structured freedom, if that makes sense."
Each semester students will work in a variety of mediums. Class begins at 10 am and pick up is promptly at 12:00pm.
There is a wonderful park, James Driver located 5 minutes north of the studio. Students will take home their work on the last class of the semester.
$40 per class
